Welcome to My BTC Global!

By registering on our website (https://mybtc.global) through the form available at https://mybtc.global/form/, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Terms have been drafted in compliance with applicable data protection laws in Canada (*Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act* – PIPEDA) and the United States (*California Consumer Privacy Act* – CCPA, among other relevant state laws). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

By checking the acceptance box and submitting the form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms.

#### 1. Purpose of the Project

My BTC Global is a private initiative aimed at providing cold wallets to new Bitcoin investors and individuals who own cryptocurrencies but do not yet have custody of their assets.

Our goal is to promote security and autonomy in cryptocurrency use, adhering to the principle “not your keys, not your coins.”

#### 2. Registration and Participation Process

2.1. By completing the form on the My BTC Global website, you will be added to a waiting list to receive a free cold wallet, subject to the availability of project funds.

2.2. The delivery of cold wallets depends on fundraising efforts through sponsors. No specific delivery timeline is guaranteed, and wallets will be provided as funds are raised.

2.3. Registration via the form does not impose an immediate obligation on My BTC Global to deliver a cold wallet, but rather places you on the waiting list.

#### 3. Funding Model

3.1. My BTC Global is funded by sponsors who contribute a minimum of 100 USD (in Bitcoin) to the project’s official wallet.

3.2. The collected funds are used exclusively to purchase and ship cold wallets to registered participants and to cover operational costs (e.g., shipping and administration).

3.3. There is no direct cost to participants. Participation is free, provided you accept these Terms.

#### 4. Collection and Use of Personal Information

4.1. By completing and submitting the form, you expressly consent to the collection and sharing of all survey responses and data you provide (including, but not limited to, your name, email address, and cryptocurrency experience level) with project sponsors. Every piece of information entered into the form will be fully shared with sponsors as part of the project’s funding model, as outlined below.

4.2. For every 1 USD contributed by a sponsor, they will receive the complete data from one form submission. For example, a sponsor contributing 1000 USD will receive the full data from 1000 participants. Contributions to the project’s wallet of less than 100 USD will be considered donations rather than sponsorships, and no form data will be shared with donors who contribute less than 100 USD. Only sponsors donating 100 USD or more will receive access to the data as part of the sponsorship model

4.3. Purpose of Use: Sponsors may use this data for market research, marketing, or analysis of trends in the cryptocurrency sector, within the limits of these Terms.

4.4. Transparency: Before submitting the form, you will be informed about the data being collected and how it will be used. We do not collect information beyond what is necessary for the project’s operation.

4.5. Consent: Submitting the form constitutes your informed and specific consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described herein.

#### 5. Your Rights Over Your Data

5.1. Under PIPEDA (Canada) and the CCPA (USA), you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

– **Access**: Request a copy of the data we have collected about you.

– **Correction**: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

– **Deletion**: Request the removal of your data from our database, provided this does not interfere with legal obligations or the project’s progress (e.g., after a cold wallet is shipped).

– **Opt-Out**: Under the CCPA, you may opt out of having your data shared with sponsors before the process is complete (subject to removal from the waiting list).

5.2. To exercise these rights, contact us at mybtc@mybtc.global. We will respond within 30 days, as required by law.

5.3. We do not sell your personal data to third parties beyond the sharing with sponsors described in Section 4. There is no additional monetization of your information.

#### 6. Privacy and Legal Compliance

6.1. My BTC Global operates in compliance with PIPEDA (Canada) and the CCPA (USA), as well as other applicable U.S. state laws.

6.2. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, though we cannot guarantee absolute security due to the nature of the internet.

6.3. Your data may be stored or processed outside your country of residence (e.g., on international servers), but we will ensure recipients adhere to adequate protection standards.

6.4. We do not collect data from individuals under 13 years of age (USA) or 19 (Canada, per PIPEDA). If you are below these ages, do not submit the form.

#### 7. Participant Responsibilities

7.1. You must provide truthful and accurate information in the form. False or incomplete data may result in removal from the waiting list.

7.2. Upon receiving a cold wallet, you assume full responsibility for its setup, use, and security, including safeguarding your private keys. My BTC Global is not liable for asset losses due to misuse or negligence.

#### 8. Limitations and Disclaimers

8.1. We do not guarantee cold wallet delivery within a specific timeframe, as this depends on sponsor funding.

8.2. The type of cold wallet will be determined by the project based on available resources, with no participant choice.

8.3. We are not responsible for shipping delays, logistical failures, or product defects, provided reasonable efforts are made to fulfill the project’s purpose.

#### 9. Changes to the Terms

9.1. We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or on the website.

9.2. Your continued presence on the waiting list after such changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

#### 10. Termination of Participation

10.1. You may request removal from the waiting list at any time by contacting us at mybtc@mybtc.global.

10.2. We may remove participants for violating these Terms or at our discretion, with notification where applicable.
